Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record of leading successful e- commerce application development projects using the Scrum methodology. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management, a strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and estimation to execution, monitoring, and control.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for e- commerce application development projects.
Manage project risks and issues proactively.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Break down project requirements into user stories and manage the product backlog.
Document project activities and maintain clear and concise project documentation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, designers, testers, and clients.
Stay up- to- date on the latest e- commerce trends and technologies.
Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand- up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project resources effectively and allocate tasks appropriately.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT project management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Proven experience in leading successful e- commerce application development projects.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Communicate Fluency in English
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
In- depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
(Optional) Preferred Skills
Experience with DevOps principles
Experience with e- commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify)
Experience with cloud- based development environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
