Senior IE Supervisor

Job Summary
- Develop and coach PIE engineering teams to achieve both operational excellence and strategic objectives.
- Ensure stable processes, product quality, and team capability.
- Supervise PIE activities in troubleshooting, process improvement, project/NPI support, and audit compliance.

Key responsibilities and authorities
- Consolidate and present troubleshooting, project, audit, and KPI repoJOB SUMMARY
- Apply lessons learned from existing products to new launches.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training plans.
- Keep track and close findings on time with effective actions.
- Validate engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and new materials before release.
- Build a culture of ownership and problem- solving.
- Creating and maintain PFMEA timely with any issue or change in process.
- Lead problem- solving for process, equipment, material, and quality issues in production.
- Ensure root cause analysis and sustainable corrective/preventive actions. (CAPA).
- Provide technical support to minimize downtime and defects.
- Ensure engineering documents and process changes comply with standards.
- Communicate priorities, risks, and support needs to management.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate Leaders, Engineers, and Technicians.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to meet project targets.
- Support new product introduction, EB/QB/PP/1st MP.

This position will be based in Dau Giay Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1,10,11, 12, Tan Binh, Hoc Mon, Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Education​:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
Experience:
At least 6 years experience in Manufacturing/Process/Quality Engineering and min 2 years with leadership exposure.

Knowledge:
- Process capability, yield analysis, and quality tools.
- Manufacturing processes in electronic/consumer goods industry (preferred).
- Troubleshooting methodologies (RCA, 5Why, 8D).
- Audit requirements (ISO, IATF, customer standards).
- PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and process documentation.
