Job Description
Provide the consultancy and ensure the implementation for all HR core processes/ tools (GPD, TAR, CDD, CAD, ASR), job evaluation and associates development (key players, succession planning, talent development) in the respective departments.
Be in- charge of staffing in the respective departments including associate hiring, developing and retention.
Process owner of HR processes: promotion, org- chart changes and implement HR transactions, ER.
First contact to managers and associates, provide HR consultancy for any HR related topics for the departments, associates.
CIP activities, Coordinator, moderating for development

Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor&039;s in economics, Business Administration major in HR major preferable
Work experience
* 5 years working in HR with at least 3 years of experience in HRBP roles, manufacturing experience is an asset
