Recruitment

Propose effective monthly / yearly recruitment budget plans, and manage those under the vague instructions
In charge of timely recruitment of employees for teams and projects based on the demands
Follow the recruitment process and propose initiatives to improve recruitment quality.

Human Resources:

Maintain and develop a strong company culture
Support others to develop employees&039; skills and experiences along their career goals
Be responsible for interpreting the current related laws, regulations, and the company rules, to the employees
Follow up employees&039; time records and related tasks that come after

Outstanding ability to understand human psychology
At least 2 years of the experience in the similar positions
Has the high sense of responsibility
Proficient in English verbally and written
Be positive, open, and proactive
Well understanding of related laws and regulations in Vietnam
