This is a hands- on role where your expertise will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring every product meets our rigorous standards for quality, performance, and margin. You&039;ll be a vital technical partner for our US and Asia teams, directly contributing to HOKA&039;s seasonal success and long- term innovation pipeline. If you&039;re passionate about precision, eager to solve complex challenges, and thrive in an environment where your expertise directly elevates product excellence, this is your opportunity to shine.
What You&039;ll Do

• Drive Product Development: Lead the end- to- end development and commercialization of HOKA products, ensuring they meet brand and consumer needs, are engineered for mass production, and achieve target margins and quality.
• Advance Best Practices: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, partnering with leadership to implement best practices and enhance processes throughout the entire product development cycle.
• Optimize & Troubleshoot: Manage Bill of Materials (BOMs), analyze tech- packs, and propose alternative solutions for constructions, materials, and costing. Ensure high- quality sample completion and timely delivery of all technical information.
• Problem- Solve & Ensure Quality: Lead the diagnosis of fit/wear and commercialization issues. Drive critical meetings to optimize manufacturing processes and overall product performance.
