Senior Growth Marketing/SEO Executive

Plan and execute effective SEM campaigns across various search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize reach and conversions.
Create and manage content, optimizing for SEO/SEM to develop impactful ads and keywords.
Conduct in- depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize website content accordingly.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, search rankings, and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Stay up- to- date with the latest SEO/SEM trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO/SEM best practices are integrated into our overall digital marketing efforts.
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website
Perform on- page and off- page optimization activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements.
Reporting: you&039;ll report on requested data for the growth team and use various tools or Media Dashboard of all paid channels and SEO as well as other in- house dataset and DataMart.

Proven experience (3+ years) as an SEO/SEM Specialist or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics platforms.
Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and optimizing for conversions.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in ad setup is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate strong tracking skills and a solid understanding of Adjust/AppsFlyer, with technical abilities to improve web performance.
In- depth knowledge of SEO/SEM principles, techniques, and tools.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience with keyword research, on- page optimization, off- page optimization, and technical SEO.

Familiarity with local SEO and reputation management.
Understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements within the banking industry.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website development platforms.
