POSITION OVERVIEW
responsible for developing, shaping and maintaining the consistency of the brand image across all communication activities, from brand campaigns, products to internal publications.
The Senior Art Creative position is the creative pillar of the Techcom Life Marketing team,
The person in this position will lead the entire design direction, manage creative partners, and ensure that all visual products reflect the true spirit of the Techcom Life brand: modern, professional and humane.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand identity development
• Work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing departments to unify messages and visual styles across all channels.
• Ensure all visual publications reflect the true spirit of the brand, supporting business and communication goals.
• Develop creative direction (art direction) and visual concepts for multi- channel communication campaigns: digital, social, print, POSM, events and internal.
• Monitor domestic and international design trend, proactively propose new creative ideas to enhance the visual experience of the brand
• Develop and maintain the Techcom Life brand identity system, included: brand guidelines, templates, image libraries and overall design orientation.
Creative Production & Partner Management
• Work, direct and manage the quality of creative partners (agency, studio, production house) to ensure the output is in line with the brand&039;s direction, quality and progress.
• Supervise the entire creative process: from idea → design → production → implementation.
• Manage project progress and priorities; ensure balance between quality, time and cost effectiveness
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners in large- scale creative projects
• Conduct reviews, feedback and approvals of design deliverables, ensuring consistency, aesthetics and technicality.
Support internal & external communications
• Design documents, sales kits, brochures, leaflets, infographics and business support content.
• Guide other departments in applying the correct brand identity across different touchpoints.
• Design and develop publications for internal operations, events, CSR, recruitment, training, and corporate brand communication programs
• Contribute ideas and support the Marketing team in integrated campaigns, from ideation to visual implementation
