Senior Garment Technical Manager (Open For Locals And Expat)

Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for aSenior Garment Technical Manager (Open for locals and expats, $2000, ID14821):

Collaborate with Sewing Garment Technologist Supervisors and Sewing Garment Technologist to provide technical guidance for problems that arise throughout the bulk manufacturing process.
Ensure the product requirements and specifications from Sales & Customer Service, Lab, and customers for offering technical advise on sewing processes in order to meet the customer&039;s expectations
Meet with customers and CSP to determine fit preferences and pattern requirements, style preferences, garment construction preferences, and sewing needs
Planning, organizing and monitoring the sample- making process to ensure timely production
Review the production performance with the technical team after product delivery to facilitate future methods improvement.
Organize preproduction meetings, create operation breakdowns, and train production operators before production begins.
Work closely with other related teams, such as the Folder Technician, Mechanics and Industrial Engineering teams to create new folders and work aids to reduce SMV and improve quality.
Work with clients and make suggestions to continuously enhance fit and quality through pattern- related adjustments

Male/ Female. 35- 45 years old
Graduated from University majoring in related garment major
Fluent in English (4 skills)
Have 5- 7 years or more of experience working as a Technical Manager for a garment factory.
