Senior Game Operation Executive (Chinese Speaking)

Market and product research:

Provide assessments and analyses to choose products suitable for the target market.
Update knowledge and new information about the product, market, and target customers continuously, stay updated about gaming market trends.

Game testing:

Understand thoroughly about product features and specificities.
Build, manage, and optimize the product quality testing process to minimize risks and develop solutions for complex issues.

Product operations:

Coordinate with other departments to execute promotional campaigns, community building, customer support,... for the product.
Ensure the product integration process for functionality in target markets.
Plan short- term/long- term operations and design activities/events for the product to optimize revenue generation.
Organize and supervise operational activities, ensuring the maintenance/improvement of user experience.
Participate in building backup systems and risk management during product operations.

Data analyzing:

Make regular reports on the products under responsibility, providing detailed information to understand and improve operational performance.
Understand product data for analysis and evaluation of product health, as well as identify accurately issues from the product/customer.

Able to use Chinese and English fluently;
Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, with a high commitment to job goals;
Possesses the ability to articulate ideas and communicate effectively.
Having over 2 years of experience in operating mobile games, having previously served as a Product Owner is an advantage;
Strong logical assessment and troubleshooting;
