Zafago Agency is looking for a Senior Fullstack Web Engineer to lead backend development, shape technical architecture, and collaborate on innovative projects in digital marketing and advertising technology.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Fullstack Web Engineer at Zafago Vietnam, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining core platforms. You’ll work closely with cross- functional teams to build reliable, secure, and high- performance software systems that power our digital marketing operations and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead backend development using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript (bonus if you know other backend languages).
Contribute to and review frontend code (React/Next.js, Angular, or Vue).
Provide technical guidance and mentorship for team members.
Design scalable solutions and define architecture to ensure system security and performance.
Manage DevOps & Infrastructure including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean, and system monitoring.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong expertise in backend architecture, APIs, databases, DevOps, and modern frontend frameworks.
Hands- on experience with Advertising APIs (Meta Business API, Google Ads API, TikTok Ads API).
8+ years of software development experience.
Solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and digital marketing workflows.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership position.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Sentry.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (afternoon off)
