Lead with impact: Guide a team of 5+ developers, driving technical decisions and ensuring code quality through reviews and mentoring.
Architect & optimize: Design, build, and fine- tune backend services and APIs with Node.js, Go, and PHP.
Build & scale: Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, Vue.js, and jQuery.
Stay ahead: Keep an eye on emerging technologies and share insights to raise the bar across the team.
Own the craft: Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve performance, security, and usability.
Solve real problems: Work with cross- functional teams to translate complex client needs into reliable, scalable solutions.
Innovate at scale: Shape system architecture and design patterns for large- scale, high- performance products.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of fullstack development experience, including 2+ years leading a team (5+ members).
Bonus points: Understanding of networking, OS internals, and system fine- tuning.
Database versatility: Skilled in SQL and NoSQL systems.
Backend expertise: Strong in Node.js, Go, PHP; experienced with design patterns and scalable system architecture.
Soft skills that shine: Fluent English communication, sharp problem- solving, and a detail- oriented mindset.
Frontend mastery: Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue.js, and jQuery.
Cloud & infrastructure: Familiar with AWS, GCP, Azure; strong understanding of CDN services like Cloudflare, CloudFront, Akamai.
