Strong expertise in designing and building web applications using Ruby on Rails or Node.js
Proficient in Linux- based environments for development and deployment
Have experience in leveraging AI- assisted development tools and openness to exploring emerging AI technologies
Hands- on experience with popular libraries, gems, or packages to implement features efficiently
Detail- oriented and eager- to- learn mindset
Active team player, active communication, open mind, and friendliness
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient with modern front- end frameworks such as React or Vue.js and their ecosystems
Minimum 5 years of experience in a full- stack development role
