Senior Frontend Developer ReactJS, Tailwind, CSS

We’re looking for an experienced Front End Developer (Web) to take ownership of our website and related web product experiences. Your main responsibilities will include:
Functional:

Work cross- functionally to deliver rapid iterations in a fast- paced startup environment.
Apply software design patterns and architectural best practices.
Develop, design, and maintain responsive and dynamic websites, web applications, and landing pages using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
Organize clear development workflows, utilizing management tools such as Jira, Git, and Confluence to ensure smooth transitions between project stages.
Conduct code reviews and participate in pair programming to maintain code quality.
Ensure a high- quality user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), applying a strong design sense.
Participate in the design and architecture of games and web applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams on content and features.
Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement functional and user- friendly features.

Organizational strategy:

Design, support and oversee cross- functional teams throughout the Organization.
Actively handle production incidents, trace logs, identify root causes, and deploy quick solutions.
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.
Abide by and uphold all Company core values, policies and procedures. Help make sure that the Organization’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend web development and design patterns with solid experience in React.JS and Tailwind CSS.
Strong organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly
Hands- on skills in caching, optimizing and securing front- end applications.
Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience building and designing websites end- to- end.
Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Nice to have:

Good English communication skills (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent) is a plus
