Senior Frontend Developer React/NextJS/React Native

The Role

This is a full hands- on frontend role with strategic influence. You&039;ll craft exceptional user interfaces for web and native mobile apps, working directly with our product- led CEO on both Innovation House projects (ElGrupito, PadelCrest) and diverse Agency clients. You&039;ll participate in the complete product development cycle—from reviewing PRDs and specifications to implementing features, conducting QA, and iterating based on user feedback. You&039;ll help shape our frontend architecture, processes, and design systems while managing multiple projects with high autonomy.
Our Development Approach: We follow the BMAD- METHOD —a specifications- driven, full product cycle development framework. This means you&039;ll work with detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), implement BDD (Behavior- Driven Development) acceptance criteria, collaborate with AI agents throughout the development process, and ensure every feature you build aligns with documented specifications from conception to deployment.
What you&039;ll do

AI- Augmented Collaboration: Review and refine PRs from AI agents, collaborate with UX designers using Figma- to- code tools, and leverage AI platforms (Magic UI MCP, v0.dev) to accelerate development
Full Product Cycle Ownership: Participate in PRD reviews, implement features from specifications, write and verify BDD acceptance criteria, conduct QA, and iterate based on user feedback
Performance & Quality: Optimize for Core Web Vitals, implement WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, write comprehensive tests, and ensure cross- platform consistency
Specs- Driven Development: Work within the BMAD- METHOD framework, translating detailed PRDs and specifications into production- ready code that meets documented acceptance criteria
Technical Leadership: Help shape frontend architecture, establish best practices, and mentor team members on modern development workflows
Cross- Platform Development: Build responsive web applications (Next.js, TypeScript) and native mobile apps using React Native with Expo framework—maintaining shared codebases and platform- specific optimizations
Multi- Project Management: Handle multiple initiatives across Innovation House products and Agency clients, prioritizing effectively and delivering on time
Native App Expertise: Develop iOS and Android apps using Expo, leveraging Expo SDK, EAS Build, and native API integrations (camera, location, push notifications, etc.)
Design System Implementation: Translate Figma designs into production- ready, high- fidelity components using shadcn/ui and maintain consistent design systems across web and mobile

Who you are

Portfolio required: Please share links to your previous work showcasing both web and native mobile applications
5+ years frontend- focused experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
Native Mobile Expertise:
Proven experience with React Native and Expo framework, including:
App Store and Play Store submission processes
Native module integration when needed
EAS Build and EAS Submit for app distribution
Expo SDK and core APIs (camera, location, notifications, etc.)
Cross- platform navigation and state management
Quality Obsession: Obsessive attention to detail, passion for creating beautiful and intuitive user experiences, and commitment to performance and accessibility standards
FLUENT ENGLISH (written and spoken)- mandatory for PRD reviews, team collaboration, and client communication
Specs- Driven Mindset: Experience working with PRDs, technical specifications, and BDD acceptance criteria—understanding how to translate documented requirements into working code
Previous founder experience or experience with specs- driven development methodologies is a plus
Testing Excellence: Strong experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) and writing testable, maintainable code
Design System Mastery: Proven experience building and maintaining design systems using shadcn/ui, TailwindCSS, and component libraries
Autonomy & Ownership: Self- directed, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable working with minimal micromanagement
AI- Augmented Development: Comfortable working with AI agents, reviewing AI- generated code, and leveraging AI tools (Cursor.ai, v0.dev, Magic UI) to accelerate development
Full Stack Awareness: Understanding of backend APIs, database design (PostgreSQL, Supabase), and how frontend integrates with serverless architectures
Located in Da Nang, Vietnam (hybrid requirement)
