Senior Front End Developer (ReactJS, Redux, SASS/SCSS)

The Role:
The incumbent is responsible assisting the HOD of IT or team in the facilitation, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of each project for the business need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
The position requires strong attention to detail, Web Front End technical skills, operational task management skills and problem- solving ability.

Develop and maintain high quality, fully tested source code, complying with coding standard including monitoring and troubleshooting aspect (proper logging, exception handling, load balancing)
Optimize applications for maximum performance
Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
Write functional and technical requirements documents and guides
Provide technical assistance during Integration and User Acceptance Tests
Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
Collaborate with back- end developers and web designers to improve UX
Stay up- to- date on emerging technologies
Convert normal HTML to reusable component libraries.
Design mobile- based features with support of progressive UI
Use markup languages like HTML to create user- friendly web pages

Hands on experience with frontend technology reactjs, redux, sass/scss, ES5/6, nodejs (nice- to- have)
Knowledgeable on web services and able to integrate API into website.
Required language(s): Good English communication skills
Possessed a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or any IT related field
Experience in solving problems like caching, pagination and etc.
Familiar with Git Repository
Communicate well with different teams without conflict, especially when it comes to working together to complete task.
From 8 years- 15 years+ of proven working experience as a Front- end Developer
In- depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
Ability to perform well in a fast- paced environment.
Provide suggestion/solutions on client’s change request.
Flexibility to quickly adjust task priorities for unforeseen changes while following task deadlines.
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Knowledgeable on mobile responsive approach

Fast learner
Experience in leading / guiding junior(s)
Self- motivated to complete target/goals, and plan several phases of the target/goal and take action to achieve it
Understanding of layout aesthetics
Ability to convert normal HTML to separate components using frontend frameworks.
Experience on identifying and solving performance issue on the website.
Willing to share knowledge with others.
