REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
Proficiency with logistics software such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and tracking systems.
In- depth understanding of logistics, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies.
Knowledge of risk management practices, including contingency planning and mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions.
General- Graduate from top universities with a degree in Management, Business or Economics.
Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs laws, import/export regulations, and compliance standards such as Incoterms, shipping regulations
Skills:
Good command of English, especially in writing.
Good with numbers, logical thinking, communication and decision making.
Proficient in negotiating contracts, rates, and agreements with logistics providers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
Excellent problem- solving abilities to handle unexpected issues such as delays, shipping errors, or inventory shortages.
Careful, accountable. We are looking for an explorer and responsibility taker.
Experience
3 to 4 years’ experience in Import/ Export position or Logistics / Customs clearance for trade/ manufacturing / 3PL companies preferred.
