As a Senior FP&A Analyst in our high- growth startup, you’ll play a hands- on role in driving financial planning, performance tracking, and business insight. You&039;ll work closely with Finance Advisory, leadership and cross- functional teams to build forecasts, analyze key metrics, and support strategic decisions that shape the company’s growth trajectory. Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modelling & Planning
● Drive monthly forecasts and rolling budgets to support investor reporting and internal planning.
● Build and maintain dynamic 3- statement financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Business Intelligence & Decision Support
● Provide proactive insights into business risks and opportunities as the company scales.
● Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decisions on pricing, market expansion, fundraising, etc.
● Translate raw data into insights- analyze unit economics, burn rate, CAC, LTV, retention etc.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
● Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
● Assist leadership with pitch decks, board materials, and fundraising models.
Reporting & Process Building
● Help improve data infrastructure and reporting automation- own what doesn&039;t exist yet.
● Ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting, even in ambiguity.
● Set up lightweight but scalable processes for KPI dashboards, investor updates, and cash management.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
● Experience in a startup or tech- driven company is a strong advantage.
● Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or similar.
● 5- 7 years of experience in FP&A, startup finance, or finance consulting.
Tools & Technical Skills
● Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, or SQL a strong plus.
● Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (think: complex models, no templates).
