Senior Financial Analyst

Financial analysis:

In- charge financial models to evaluate business performance and profitability.
Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision- making.
Provide ad- hoc financial analysis and control key metrics/indicators as required.
Co- ordinate with Sales department and data analyst to monitor actual sales, including analyzing trends, tracking performance versus Plan and providing business insight.

Financial reporting:

Preparing presentation materials for financial reports.
Support management reporting processes (check cost accruals, allocation…)
In charge of PnL by product, analyse and monitor product performance.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Planning:

Involved in planning/forecasting, including 3- 5 years planning, monthly rolling forecast and continuously back- testing to ensure accurate estimation. Provide variance analysis and continuous improvement.
Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various business scenarios.

Business partner:

Build strong partnerships with business units to understand their financial objectives and provide strategic guidance.
Analyse and control the cost of business partners.

Fluency in English.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Minimum of 1- 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Teamwork, take ownership of tasks.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint, financial modeling tools and data visualization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Flexible, open- minded, figurative language.
Any other relevant professional qualification/certificate would be a plus.
Bachelor&039;s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

Nice- to- have (not mandatory)

Experience with FP&A – Commercial finance.
Data skill (able to work with data from DWH, SQL…, Power BI software).
Experience in the consumer finance industry.
