Senior Expert IT Services

- The job holder responsible for system operation: Directly perform monitoring, operation, and troubleshooting activities of technology infrastructure systems, ensuring stable, safe and highly available systems. Deploying technical solutions according to the right process to ensure service quality, providing a quality infrastructure foundation for the operation of upper- layer technology services.- The job holder responsible for user support: Directly support users in daily activities, ensuring users&039; problems are handled as quickly as possible, meeting their business needs.

Responsibilities in system operation:
- Monitor and report the daily operation of the system. (healthy daily checklist)
- Participate in troubleshooting, problems of systems in >= 3 different arrays
- Perform special operations as required.
- Make a work diary, periodically analyze, synthesize reports and propose optimal solutions to higher management levels.
- Planning and coordinating with members to fully implement the goals of the group and department

Responsibilities in user support:- Support advanced level (level 3) according to change management process, incident management

Responsibilities in research and training:
- Research new technologies and techniques.
- Technology and technical training for other employees.
- Consult other technical staff when needed.

Other responsibilities:
- Participate in technology risk handling as assigned
- Coordinate departments in Technology Support and Operation, in Technology Division to implement projects, operate and deploy optimal upgrades in DC, DR and the region
- Perform other related tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
- In- depth research and implementation of technology solutions to optimize the system
- Train, guide work and share knowledge in specialized fields for members of the department.

Qualifications
- University degree or higher, majoring in IT or electronics and telecommunications
Work Experience
- At least 10 years in management position
- Have worked in the related field for at least 12 years
Foreign language
- English, level 3 (TOEIC = 650- 699) / according to TCB&039;s regulations in each period
Other requirements
- In- depth knowledge of server solutions or network solutions
- Mastering server technology and common operating systems or network technologies. Understand the functional components in a large server infrastructure system or a large network system
- In- depth knowledge of at least 2 areas other than the specialized one (e.g. servers, networks, storage systems, databases, etc.)
