Job Description:
Role summary:
Design schematic and layout of a hardware product according to a set of requirements
Solder all electronics components on PCBs.
Verify finished PCBs&039; functionality and debugged them if something gone wrong.
Job responsibilities:
Solder all components on PCB in neat and orderly fashion
Ensure best quality for schematic and layout design
Make sure to test all PCBs&039; functionality thoroughly
Required skills/Experience:
Must- have skills:
Understand documents in English well.
Understand physics nature of return current path to design a good PCB layout.
Understand electronics datasheets of components and design them in schematic capture accordingly.
Know how to use gitlab to commit one&039;s work daily.
Use expertly at least one PCB schematic design tool like KiCAD/Altium/Allegro...
Neatly solder small and hard- to- solder SMD components in QFN, DFN, 0402, 0201 packages using Hakko rework station and electronic microscope.
Know how to use oscilloscope, programmable DC power supply, spectrum analyzer, digital millimeter to debug faulty PCBs.
Must- have altitude:
Being a team player.
Being calm and collected.
Being willing to learn new skills.
Nice- to- have skills and knowledge:
Could use AutoCAD/Sketchup/Corel Draw to design product enclosure.
Could write firmware for ESP32, STM32, NXP32, PIC32 MCUs
Have good knowledge in designing switching DC power supply.
Could use KiCAD professionally
Have good knowledge in using LoraWAN, 4G, Wifi modules.
Have a good common sense in choosing components for mass production.
Years of experiences: 3+
