(Senior) Electrical - Electronic Engineer (PCBA/Hardware design)

- Engineering design and implement electronic circuits in the power tool industry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
(N)- Basic knowledge of programming various types of MCUs.
(N)- Supplier Audit and Management: Conduct supplier audits and management to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements from MIL.
(M)- Manage project simultaneously in the role of an Electronic Engineer from the kick- off phase to mass production (MP).
(M)- PCB Design Tool Usage: Utilize PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD) to design and modify electronic circuit boards. Can export the BOM, Schematic and Gerber to support production.
(N)- Technical Support for Production and QA Teams: Provide technical support to production and quality control teams throughout the production and testing process.
(M)- Issue Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze issues related to PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and identify root causes to propose corrective solutions.
(N)- Product Performance Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests on electronic products to ensure stability, performance, and compatibility.
(N)- Cross- department Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and quality control teams to optimize processes and resolve product- related issues.
