Lalamove is seeking a high- energy and results- oriented Senior Driver Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City! As a key player in Asia&039;s booming intra- city delivery scene, we offer a fast- paced and rewarding environment for individuals who thrive under pressure and embrace a passion for excellence. This role is responsible for the smooth operation of our entire driver support hub network. You will assume a multifaceted leadership role, from managing budgets and scheduling tasks to conducting inventory checks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
What you’ll do

Collaborate with other departments to resolve related issues and implement the most suitable processes for efficient operations.
Special/ad- hoc projects assign by Line Manager/ Department Manager.
Report daily/weekly/monthly with line manager.
Proactively stay up- to- date on all new policies, processes, and system features to provide guidance to agents and ensure proper compliance with the updated information.
Ensure the seamless and effective operation of all driver support hubs within the network.
Build and develop working plans and allocate appropriate tasks to each individual to ensure the most effective operation.
Create a plan to conduct weekly and monthly site checks for each hub to identify and address any operational issues.
Manage all relevant budgetary aspects, including expenses for utilities (electricity, water) and rental fees.
Manage and conduct cross- checks for issues related to inventory and cash on a weekly and monthly basis.

What you’ll need

Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well- organized individuals are preferred.
Minimum 2 year of experience in operations background/customer service;
Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese;
Bachelor&039;s degree or college experience preferred.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
Prior experience in operations is a plus.
Strong English reading comprehension skills.
