Senior Driver Operations Associate

Execute plans of acquisition and expansion activities that were cascaded by Acquisition and Offline Presence team to achieve targets;
Analyze related data and information in order to extract insights of drivers/partners’ performance and have further solutions;
Special/ad- hoc projects will be assigned by the Line Manager/ Department Manager.
Implement and optimize systems, processes and initiatives to ensure high- quality of driver performance on our platform;
Assist DOPS Lead in leading and handling driver operations at Lalamove driver centers and ensure compliance with Lalamove’s driver policies, processes and operational standards;
Manage & support operations staff at Lalamove driver centers and ensure their KPIs are achieved;
Manage driver performance and cooperate with other departments to deliver best services to end users and drivers;

2- 3 years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in a logistics/e- commerce fulfillment environment;
Hard- working, honest, responsible; self- motivated, and self- confident.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
Bachelor&039;s degree or college experience preferred;Strong communication, management skill, and data- driven decision- making;
Good English and data analysis skills;
