Job Description
This role reports to the Head of Media. He/she will be working closely with the line manager to help with campaign planning and campaign deployment. He/she is responsible for bringing the campaign to life, executing with high quality, and ensuring the campaign&039;s KPI within acceptable range via accurate set up, closed monitoring and tracking, and frequent optimisation.
Core Responsibilities:
To plan and implement online biddable & buying media campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. Success is measured by meeting KPIs and deadlines agreed with client and client satisfaction with digital media implementation.

Develop KPI forecasts and Digital media plans, using consumer and category insights, strategy, channel recommendation & inputs from client account teams
Manage partner’s deliverables including regular reports and adhoc needs
Define campaign tactics and deliverable plans (within the strategy provided by the agency)
Deliver client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis and keep internal account teams updated on campaign status
Hands- on project management – collaborate with media owners, agency partners and internal specialist teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time.
Provide inputs (e.g. creative specifications, planning KPIs, targeting capabilities) to Account teams
Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on critical client metrics
Implementation/activation of digital campaigns in areas of Paid Social (focus on META, Tiktok, Zalo), Video & Display (focus on Google Display Network- YouTube), Search ( Google Paid Search, display banner ( Admicro, Adtima, Eclick etc)
Understand the end- to- end financial process, execute day- to- day
Drive strategic and tactical innovation across all digital media platforms.

Yêu cầu công việc

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have

Sufficient planning knowledge on Google, Facebook; especially Google paid search
Basic understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in Vietnam.
For the Specialist role, you must have at least 2- 4 years of working experience in a media or digital agency where your key function includes the development of campaign, channel strategy, data analysis.
Hands- on experience on advertising technology platforms (Google, Facebook Ads Manager, DSP…), and trading tech, tracking platform to meet and exceed digital marketing goals
Strong working experience of how digital media channels interplay in the media ecosystem
Having knowledge in Real Estate industry is an advantage
Innovative and effective campaign solutions. Fast learner, self- starter, go- getter, and intellectually curious on different hats
Good communication skills. Strong attention to detail and confidence to work with numbers and data. Able to perform multitasking under high pressure.
