Research and monitor specialized hospitality platforms to identify opportunities for visibility. Apply best practices for local SEO and leverage Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance online presence through AI- driven strategies in targeted markets.
Plan, create & optimize website pages, landing pages, and blog content for target keywords to improve organic search.
Paid Advertising (PPC):
Maintain UTM tracking and support campaign attribution setup.
Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, conversions, and recommend improvements.
Support A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
Assist in setting up and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (if needed for retargeting).
Help manage budget pacing and reporting.
Analytics & Reporting:
Knowledge of website user behavior analysis, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a strong advantage.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Assist in conversion tracking setup and goal configuration in GA4.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and highlight insights.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Oversee website content updates, visuals, and layout improvements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user engagement.
Keep and develop relationships with journalists, KOLs, KOCs, bloggers. Foster and maintain a network of journalists, media specialists, and KOLs/ KOCs for both domestic and inbound markets to boost brand awareness for all products.
Lead content strategy to execution for all owned channels (social platforms, websites, EDM) as well as earned media PR, KOLs/Influencers, social groups, and manage creative agencies.
Lead all offline activations, including launching events, press conferences, sponsorship from agency briefing, concept development, planning, to execution and reporting.
Deal with publications: list of publications, journalists, quotations to book advertisings, PR articles, printed materials, etc.
Plan and execute PR, branding, and communication activities adhering to the brand positioning and strategy from the BODs.
Content executive to manage all social media platforms with the target to build a strong online community that increases brand awareness and leads to sales.
Execute external & internal events including Fam trips, inspection trips, theme cruises, as well as internal events.
Research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions.
Collaborate closely with agencies on PPC campaign execution, CRO initiatives, SEO strategies, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
Look for co- branding opportunities, themed events to organize & promote cruise brands
Create content for all publications: press release, PR articles, advertisements, etc.
Manage all online and printed publications, including POSM and onboard materials to ensure content quality and branding consistency across all materials.
Execute external & internal events including Fam trips, inspection trips, theme cruises, as well as internal events.
Handle newspaper/ media partnerships, media exchange, photo/video shooting, internal events... for branding purposes.
Develop and maintain new/current social media channels to better engage with the audience. Identifying interaction trends and analyzing engagement data.
