Mission
Your mission: to design, automate, and secure the infrastructure that powers Spacemind’s next- generation cloud- native platforms, ensuring that every deployment is fast, reliable, and safe. You’ll take the lead in shaping our DevOps culture, driving continuous delivery, observability, and scalability across projects that support millions of users in healthcare.
You’ll be joining a high- performance engineering unit composed of 2 Front- End Developers, 3 Back- End Developers, 2 AI Engineers, 1 Tech Lead, and 1 DevOps Engineer.
Scope & Impact
As Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be the backbone of our deployment and infrastructure strategy across multiple environments.
Your work will directly influence:
- The security and scalability of our multi- service architecture (serving e- commerce and health- tech platforms across Europe).
- The engineering culture- setting standards for automation, monitoring, and infrastructure documentation.
- The speed and stability of every product release within Spacemind’s ecosystem.
You’ll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and data teams in both Vietnam and Europe to align on CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure resilience.
What you’ll lead & do
- Optimize networking layers for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Enforce security best practices, including vulnerability scanning, system hardening, and secure container deployment.
- Implement and manage Traefik for intelligent routing, load balancing, and SSL termination.
- Automate infrastructure deployment through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Document all architecture, configuration, and recovery procedures for long- term maintainability.
- Manage containerized environments via Docker and Portainer; lead the migration toward Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
- Set up and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) for proactive monitoring and incident prevention.
- Collaborate with developers to accelerate build- test- deploy cycles through efficient DevOps workflows.
- Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
Key projects & administrative duties
- DevOps Knowledge Base: Create internal documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure diagrams for long- term scalability.
- Infrastructure Security: Implement a standardized security baseline for Linux servers, containers, and internal services.
- Container Orchestration Migration: Plan and execute the transition from legacy environments to Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- CI/CD Evolution: Lead the modernization of our build pipelines and automated deployments across multiple services.
- Observability 2.0: Design a unified monitoring and alerting ecosystem integrating Grafana, Prometheus, and centralized logging.
