Senior Designer

Store Visual DesignDevelop and execute store display concepts, including visual merchandising, POSM, standees, signage, and thematic decorations aligned with the brand concept.Ensure consistent and attractive visual identity across the store layout.Promotional CampaignsDesign creative assets for promotional programs (banners, posters, shelf talkers, digital screens).Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals.Packaging DesignCreate packaging designs (gift sets, product packaging, wrapping materials) with cultural inspiration and customer appeal.Work with suppliers and printers to ensure high- quality production.E- Commerce & Social Media DesignDesign product images, banners, and campaign materials forShopee, Lazada, TikTok Shopand other e- commerce platforms.Support content design forTikTok, Facebook and Instagram: short- form video graphics, thumbnails, social media posts.Adapt offline campaign visuals into digital assets suitable for online channels.Brand Identity & ConsistencyMaintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency acrossoffline store, e- commerce, and social media platforms.Proactively suggest design innovations that strengthen brand presence.CollaborationWork closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Store Operations teams to support new product launches, promotions, and events.Provide creative direction for photoshoots, TikTok campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance aesthetics with commercial goals.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere/After Effects/CapCut) is a plus.
Fluent in English or Korean is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Understanding of e- commerce design standards (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and social media creative trends.
At least3–5 years of experienceas a Designer, preferably inretail, cosmetics, FMCG, or e- commerce.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, retail, and digital design projects.
