We want to accelerate our clients along their data- driven journeys and elevate our own cross- functional project teams, and are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to propel us on our journey.
What you will do

Problem solve, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis
Coaching and mentoring team members as we grow
Keep your skills up to date with the latest developments in data science and AI and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge share initiatives across Monstarlab.
Take ownership of work delivery, assessing a problem and designing the approach, developing the data science solution, presenting the results to stakeholders, and where appropriate, prepare and facilitate workshops.
Work across the data value chain based on the project and client opportunity, with responsibilities ranging from performing deep- dive data analyses, developing predictive models and forecasting tools, building analytics dashboards and developing end- to- end data strategies

What we expect from you

Solid understanding of the strategic impact of Data and Insights on business strategy and operations
Pragmatic approach to data and comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity
Ability to think analytically, decompose problem sets, and develop hypotheses and recommendations
Ability to talk the language of statistics, finance, and economics to technical and non- technical audiences
4+ years of professional experience in data sciences
Strong technical skills regarding data analysis, statistics, and programming
Problem solving skills
Positive and empathetic team- player with an inclusive collaborative approach
Advanced degree in quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python and/or R; Tableau and Power BI

Day off:
• Saturdays & Sundays, Tet holidays, vacation, and public holidays are regulated in Vietnamese Labor Law.

• Especially, in addition to the prescribed leave of the year, employees are entitled to extra days off in the birthday month, for female employees to enjoy special incentives for International Women&039;s day (March 8) and Vietnam woman’s day(October 20)
Salary & working contract:
• Probation for 2 months, salary agreement
• Salary: $2500+
• Attractive salary depending on capacity and work experience
