Senior Consumable Purchaser

Maintain, update, and expand existing contracts by adding regularly purchased items.
Develop effective strategies for consolidating demands and optimizing contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Negotiate daily requirements, quoted prices, and purchasing conditions to secure competitive and reliable terms.
Develop and onboard new suppliers to enhance the company’s supply base and mitigate risk.
Conduct cost analyses and provide sourcing recommendations following supplier negotiations.
Collaborate with departments to clarify requirements and verify specifications.
Sourcing activities for consumable items to ensure uninterrupted operations within the business continuity plan.
Assist departments in identifying and evaluating potential new suppliers.
Negotiate new contracts, including terms and conditions, to strengthen supplier partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure purchasing processes are consistently followed in daily operations and contract management.
Ensure full compliance with the company’s Purchasing Process in all procurement activities.
Review Purchase Requisitions and issue accurate and timely Purchase Orders.

Bachelor or above Business/Economic/Technical degree.
Good at Excel and price/term negotiation.
At least 5 years of experience purchasing position for consumable items.
Knowledge about ERP (TipTOP).
Knowledge of Standard Windows Applications.
Preferrable experience in technical sourcing (Mold/Jig/ Spare part/ Quality Equipment).
Good speaking and written skills in English.
