Your Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Establish and maintain common documentation standards for projects.
- Assist in the preparation of on- demand reports and analyses to facilitate effective planning and decision- making.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating advanced presentations using PowerPoint and utilizing Excel and Word for project documentation.
- Research and prepare comprehensive data packs for presentations and workshop documentation.
- Lead small to mid- size client projects, ensuring timely and cost- effective delivery in alignment with defined plans.
- Conduct client meetings, either independently or in collaboration with the Engagement Manager, to ensure project alignment and progress.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain open lines of communication to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, fostering strong working relationships with client project coordinators and stakeholders.
Practice Development
- Contribute to the development of industry sector presentations and assist in creating proposals and approach notes to support business development efforts.
