Senior Consultant Business Analyst, ERP, Odoo

Overview:
Portcities seeks a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. We are looking for someone who can help us in driving the successful delivery of complex IT projects, offering strategic insights, and managing client relationships. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, the Senior Consultant leads project teams, ensures alignment with client goals, and contributes to business development efforts. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to deliver impactful solutions that meet clients&039; needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.
Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo- related issues
Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required
Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go- live.
Create a user manual and provide training and support to end- users as per the agreement defined.
Prepare MoM in English or other specific language if required
Collaborate with cross- functional teams for system integration
Support the sales team during pre- sales by creating and presenting a demo
Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements
Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small- medium sized projects
Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them for UAT.
Develop and coach your subordinates

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master&039;s degree in business management is an advantage.
Good communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation.
Language Skills: Vietnamese and English.
Knowledge of other ERP systems and business applications
In- depth knowledge of VAS or VFRS is an advantage

Prefer:

Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant/ Python or similar role
Experience in communicating across internal and external organizations
Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid working arrangement: four days in the office and one day remote
