Senior Components Testing Engineer/ Reliability Engineer (Trên 3 Năm Kinh Nghiệm Mảng Test Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental; Thiên Về Hardware; Tiếng Anh Giao Tiếp Tốt)

Autonomous analysis, evaluation and release for electrical / electronic system.
Planning, coordination and performing of testing for Electronics & Automotive components (Mechanical , Electrical , Environmental , Corrosion , Vibration, NVH , ...)
Coordinating the testing activities with different external testing supplier. Able to give the consultant to customer during problem solving, troubleshooting
Performing of electrical and physical measurement, risk evaluation based on testing results
actively communication with Customer and Supplier to ensure on time testing schedule and reliable test result
Develops Testing requirements with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Onsite to testing support and consultant to customer during testing execution
Laboratory Management and Laboratory Quality Management
Preparation of Test Plan, Test Instruction, test reports, Testing timeline and stand up for the test results against internal and external customer.
Derive technical solutions out of requirements using existing product testing standard & Spec.
Responsible for all testing activities in different testing projects for both component validation and system validation
Resources and consumable management
New Equipment installation and release

Very good knowledge of English language in spoken and written form
In- depth knowledge about Electrical/ Electronics . Specialist in specific Testing knowledge Vibration or EMC is a plus
Independent, well- structured and goal- oriented way of working.
Ability and willingness to take risks (decisions with limited information).
Very good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledgeable in Components Testing , Design validation & Verification ( Mechanical , Electrical , Environmental , Vibration , Corrosion , Tightness , IPx …)
University degree in the field of mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering or comparable with minimum 3 years of experience.
Knowledge in PCB & Motor is a plus
High resilience, readiness to take responsibility and high ability to work in a team.
Experience in the field Sport Equipment is preferable.
