Senior C&B Officer

Job Scope:
The Senior Compensation and Benefits Officer (C&B) will be responsible for the activities related to the processing of the payroll aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to current legislation.
Key Tasks:
Compensation & benefits:

Check & supervise social and health insurance, personal accident insurance, or other insurance benefits for employees every month on a case- by- case basis.
Supervise filling of employee profiles at RSC & store level.
Supervise renewal contracts for all employees.
Support C&B Manager to conduct C&B projects such as salary structure, performance appraisal, salary review… etc.
Supervise the system of attendant records, overtime procedures, incentives, bonuses, and other benefits related to the payroll process.
Check monthly payroll for RSC, full- time, and part- time employees.
Follow up monthly/quarterly/yearly C&B reports timely and correct.
Check & supervise monthly personal income tax declarations for employees, or expatriates and report to direct supervise.
Administer staff movements such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and termination. Maintain profile records of all staff movement.

Report:

Prepare and analyze payroll reconciliation reports and other reports related to the payroll system.
Supervise any internal reports such as OT, OT tracking management, Absenteeism, HR movement, and other HR reports.
Checking monthly/yearly government reports such as labor reports, expats reports…

Other

Conduct and support HRA/ company’s activities.
Supervise and implement HRA projects assigned such as Cadena soft, and Attendant record machine.
Other tasks will be assigned by line managers

Education / Training Qualifications: BA degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration/Human resource management in advance
Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
Ability to work under high pressure.
Good Computer skills, good English, and local dialect.
Knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, policies/procedures regarding Human Resource Management (C&B, PIT, SI, HI, UI).
