Job Summary
The Senior C&B Executive is responsible for managing Compensation & Benefits operations and supporting Supervisor/Manager levels. This role involves handling complex payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social insurance regulations, managing PIT declarations and finalizations, and resolving issues related to statutory benefits. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and government reporting requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Payroll & Tax
Collect, verify, and manage dependent documentation.
Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly PIT declarations and annual tax finalizations.
Coordinate with third- party providers and headquarters to manage PIT matters for expatriates.
Handle payments for freelancers, interns, and other non- full- time employees.
Register tax codes for new employees and their dependents.
Process monthly timesheets, execute payroll, and prepare payslips accurately and on time.
Insurance & Benefits
Address and resolve issues related to social insurance compliance.
llaborate with internal teams to implement employee benefit programs (Birthday, Tet, Mid- Autumn Festival, team building, etc.).
Prepare SHUI reports reflecting monthly increases, decreases, and adjustments.
Manage employee healthcare insurance, including monthly adjustments.
Handle procedures related to medical treatment location changes, personnel information updates, and social insurance claims.
Reconcile SHUI contribution data with Social Insurance Department records and ensure timely payments.
Employee Lifecycle & HRIS
Manage employee termination procedures and related documents.
Coordinate HR system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
Administer employment contracts, monitor renewal timelines, and ensure proper documentation.
Input and update employee data in the HR system (employee information, contracts, work history, approval flows, etc.).
Work closely with IT to improve system accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Ensure HRIS data integrity, system efficiency, and compliance.
Reporting & Budgeting
Support audit- related reporting requirements.
Provide reports to Headquarters, Head of Department, and other departments as required.
Submit statutory reports to government authorities.
Prepare reports related to personnel costs and expenses.
Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, resignations, labor contract renewals, annual leave balance, etc.).
Generate C&B reports (monthly booking & forecast, workshare, productivity, yearly budget, etc.).
Support & Advisory
Advise employees on compensation and benefit- related matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
