POSITION SUMMARY
This is a ground- floor opportunity for a driven professional to play a pivotal role in building our business in Vietnam from the ground up. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving sales within your assigned industries. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Entry & Strategy
Present and promote our portfolio of products and solutions, highlighting their value proposition to meet customer specific needs.
Execute strategic business development plans to penetrate and expand market share in the targeted Segment.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads within the Food & Beverage industry.
Build and maintain strong, long- lasting relationships with key decision- makers at prospective and existing client companies.
Sales & Business Development
Directly engage with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce our solutions, building strong relationships from the outset.
Conduct in- depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within Food & Beverage industry in Vietnam.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Technical & Product Knowledge
Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence reports.
Manage customer accounts, sales pipelines, and opportunities.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their specific challenges and recommending appropriate solutions.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and new product developments.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits across the target industries.
Reporting & Administration
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in generating and presenting monthly sales reports and experience using CRM.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the Food and beverage, FMCG, Technical/Engineering/Chemicals industry.
Cultural intelligence and the capacity to align with company’s foreign based practices while succeeding in the Vietnamese Market.
Self- motivated, results- oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Skilled in business development and networking to cultivate strategic relationships that lead to new opportunities and long term partnerships
Strong understanding and knowledge of the Food and Beverage processing industry and the country’s regulation
Proven track record of successfully identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Ability to travel extensively within Vietnam as required.
