Senior Business Analyst (Up to Manager) - IFRS17

Senior Business Analyst is responsible to handle for understanding the user’s business need, capturing the domain expertise that the business has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements document that will serve as the input to the system developers.
The main tasks and responsibilities include but not limit to:

Leads testing efforts and ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner and assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Document the user’s business requirements in detail, (requirement specifications) with all assumptions and caveats included;
Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly;
Serve as an internal point of contact for Development whenever requirements need to be clarified.Communicates effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management and manages user expectations effectively.
Leads requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards;

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Computer, Computer Engineering or IT related fields.

Experience:

Experience in Business Analyst.
Experience in Core Insurance System (Life/Asia and Smart400).
At least 2 years in similar Senior BA ‘s roles.
At least 3- 5 years’ experience in IT related Software/application/system analyst.
Fluent in Java and J2EE technologies to design and develop and deploy web- based applications would be an advantage.
