ROLE OVERVIEW
We&039;re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and technical curiosity to join our Vietnam team as we transform into an AI- first company. The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise with an interest in technology, capable of understanding client requirements and working collaboratively with our technical team to deliver innovative solutions.
This position reports to our CTO and works closely with our Melbourne creative team and international clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI & Technology Analysis

Support the development team in translating business needs into technical solutions
Document project requirements and collaborate on implementation planning
Learn about new AI tools and technologies as they emerge
Work with the team to understand AI tools and how they can benefit client projects
Research client business processes and identify opportunities for technology improvements

Systems & Project Analysis

Support database and system optimization discussions
Research and recommend appropriate tools and integrations for client needs
Work with development team to design solutions that meet business objectives
Create clear documentation that both technical and non- technical stakeholders can understand
Understand client technical needs and current system capabilities

Cross- Functional Project Leadership

Translate complex client requirements into actionable development tasks
Lead technical discovery sessions with Melbourne creative team and international clients
Create and maintain project documentation in Jira, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Facilitate technical reviews and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Manage project delivery coordination between Vietnam technical team and Melbourne client- facing team

Client & Stakeholder Management

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and troubleshooting
Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for client teams
Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides
Support pre- sales technical consulting and solution architecture
Present technical solutions and recommendations directly to clients via video conferencing

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

Implement best practices for technical documentation and knowledge management
Contribute to internal process improvement and methodology development
Establish quality standards for technical deliverables and AI- enhanced solutions
Monitor project performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Foundation

Basic programming understanding: Familiarity with web technologies and development concepts
Minimum 3+ years experience as Business Analyst in technology or digital marketing environment
AI tool familiarity: Interest in and exposure to AI technologies (training provided)
System integration experience: Understanding of how different platforms connect and communicate
Database awareness: Working knowledge of databases and data management principles
Platform experience: WordPress, Shopify, React or similar content management systems

Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills using modern methodologies
Project coordination experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
System analysis abilities with understanding of business process mapping
Clear documentation skills for creating user- friendly guides and specifications
Data analysis capabilities with experience in reporting and insights generation

Presentation skills for technical solution demonstrations
Cross- cultural communication experience with Australian/Western business practices
Video conferencing proficiency for cross- timezone collaboration
Excellent English communication (written and verbal) for international client interaction
Remote collaboration expertise using modern project management tools

Basic Development Understanding: Familiarity with web technologies and development concepts
AI Tools: Interest in learning ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, and other AI applications
Project Management: Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project tools
Design Tools: Figma, Draw.io, Adobe Creative Suite, or willingness to learn
Analytics: Google Analytics and basic data analysis tools

Digital marketing or e- commerce experience: Understanding of online business models
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
Basic technical curiosity and ability to learn new tools and systems
Agency or consulting experience with diverse client portfolio
Interest in AI and emerging technologies with willingness to learn and grow

Timely delivery of all technical documentation and project artifacts
Zero critical defects in analysis and system design phase
Client satisfaction scores of 8+ for technical consulting and project delivery

Continuous improvement of technical analysis methodologies and tools

Quality assurance ensuring all technical deliverables meet professional standards

Enable AI service offerings through technical specification and implementation support

Support revenue growth through technical expertise in pre- sales and delivery

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Collaboration: Regular video calls with Melbourne team (early morning/late afternoon)
Hours: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (Monday- Friday) with 1- hour lunch break
