Senior Business Analyst (Korean Or Japanese)

• Knows how to work according to test plans to design, interpret and execute them
• Gather insight from senior stakeholders and communicate modeling results clearly
• Deliver at pace and to work to very tight deadlines
• Analyze large amounts of complex information and can use it to produce solutions
• Convey both strategic and detailed advice
• Manage and develop BA teams
• Develop the analysis and collection of information to create recommendations for service improvements

• Have the capability to listen and influence and be proficient in project quality management
• More than 3 years of overall experience in IT business analysis
• Have in- depth practical knowledge of project or program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Have strong planning, communication, and presentation skills

Korean:• Good skills in Korean (Topik 4 UP)

Japanese:• Good skills in Japanese (N2 UP)
