Senior Business Analyst (English, Fintech)

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the development and enhancement of the banking applications. This includes working with stakeholders from across the bank to understand their needs and priorities, and translating those into clear and concise requirements that can be implemented by the development team.
The Business Analyst also plays a key role in ensuring that our application meets the bank&039;s business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user expectations. This includes working with the development team to test the application and providing feedback on its usability and functionality.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the development and enhancement of the bank&039;s applications
Participate in the agile development process and use Jira and Confluence to track and manage requirements
Ensure that the applications meets the bank&039;s business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user expectations
Work with stakeholders from across the bank to understand their needs and priorities
Work with the development team to test the applications and provide feedback on its usability and functionality
Translate business requirements into clear and concise specifications that can be implemented by the development team

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking/fintech sector
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, or testers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with API and microservices
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other agile development tools
Experience with banking products such as lending, card, deposit, QR payment, and international remittance
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Good English communication in both speaking and writing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driver, committed, result- oriented
Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide appropriate solution
Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field

Desired Skills:

Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
Experience with SQL and other programming languages
Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience with data modeling and analysis
