Senior Business Analyst (Agile)

Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross- functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance testers, to ensure timely and successful delivery of product milestones and releases.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to document editing, collaboration, and workspace solutions, providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform product roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and specifications based on user feedback and market insights.
Conduct comprehensive market research and user studies to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points related to document editing, collaboration, and workspace solutions.
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization, iterating on product features and functionality to enhance the user experience and drive user satisfaction.
Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with product objectives and user expectations.
