Senior Bim Coordinator

CPG Vietnam Co., Ltd. is looking for qualified, talented, and dynamic candidates for the full- time position of Senior BIM Coordinator to work in Hanoi offices.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate discipline specific clash detection and resolution activities
- Manage BIM uses assigned to the division
- Coordinate any BIM related issues with the rest of the discipline team
- Support the division in the use of BIM tools
- Create discipline specific BIM content
- Participate in developing the BIM execution plan (BEP) for projects as required
- Coordinate all technical discipline and trade specific BIM activity within the division
- Coordinate BIM training as required

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or above
- Have at least 5 years of experience
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Urban Design / Urban Planning
- Masters of Urban Planning / Urban Design or equivalent is preferred
- Technical training: IATA certificate is preferred if has airport project experience
- Education: Degree in architecture
- Have at least 5 years of experience
Technical Competencies
- Have advanced Revit Skill
- Experience in collaborative BIM platform (BIM360, ACC)
- Possess knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650)
- Ability to use Navisworks for Clash Check.
- Experience in implementing BIM for large- scale, complex projects.
- Knowledge in using automation tools like Dynamo and Revit API is an advantage.

- Good skill to troubleshoot/analyse issues
- Ability to learn/teach new technology
- Ability to work both independently and as a team and communicate effectively in both oral and written with clients and other partners.
- Good communication in English skill
