Senior Backend Engineer - NodeJS Upto 4000

Job Description
We are seeking a Back- end Developer. The job will perform following tasks:

Participate in the architecture and design of scalable platforms, collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment on technical decisions and product goals.
Design and conduct validation tests to confirm system behavior, performance, and resilience across environments.
Create and implement user information solutions by developing Node.js- based components and APIs that serve web and mobile interfaces.
Contribute to technical solution planning by evaluating feasibility, performance impact, and long- term maintainability.
Set feature priorities throughout the development life cycle by determining design methodologies, tool sets, and resource planning.
Test, debug, and conduct peer code reviews to maintain code quality and support collaborative development.
Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and correctness.
Maintain and enhance back- end logic, services, and integrations with databases and external systems.
Complete programming tasks using appropriate languages, frameworks, and platforms.
Support front- end integration by developing API interfaces for web/intranet applications, aligning with UI/UX expectations.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in JavaScript/TypeScript using modern Node.js frameworks.

Key requirements for this position include:

Experience in Tomcat, Apache Web Server, ActiveMQ shall be an advantage;
Experience in extending system
Experience in implementing large systems
Have good communication skills in English, especially in reading and writing technical documentation ( Equivalent to IELTS 5.5)
Good logical thinking, knowledge of system architecture
Experience in SQL, have knowledge in MySQL is an advantage;
Should be strong in communication skills;
Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology
Good knowledge of OOP and design patterns;
Experience in survey and analysis requirement
Experience about microservice , DDD design pattern , CQRS , Event sourcing ,...
Strong coding with good performance
Experience in using docker, kubernetes, CI, CD
Experience in programming with NodeJS
