The Role
We&039;re seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to join our fast- growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is not a role for the average develope; we&039;re looking exclusively for extraordinary talent who can compete with the best engineers globally.

You&039;ll design and implement robust backend services that power our AI- driven platforms, working at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning operations. Your code will directly impact how hundreds of millions of players discover and experience games.Core Responsibilities

Build Agentic Workflows that can consistently deliver value
Create efficient data pipelines and workflows that integrate with advanced AI capabilities
Ship production- ready features that provide demonstrable multi- million dollar value to our customers
Implement sophisticated APIs that enable real- time ad performance analysis and automated content generation
Architect and build intelligent agent systems that can understand context, plan execution paths, select appropriate tools, and process data with exceptional accuracy
Design scalable, high- performance systems for processing and analyzing large volumes of video ad performance data
Drive technical decisions that will shape our platform&039;s architecture and future direction

Required Experience

5+ years of backend development experience building complex distributed systems
Proven track record building production services on AWS or GCP, leveraging their full ecosystem of tools
Experience building and maintaining high- throughput production REST APIs and microservices
Experience with design patterns for agentic workflows and prompt engineering
Having built Agentic Workflows in production- ready applications
Professional English communication skills—both verbal and written
Exceptional problem- solving skills with a history of solving complex technical challenges independently
Strong experience with Golang, with demonstrated mastery of concurrency patterns, performance optimization, and idiomatic code
Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, distributed systems, and clean code principles
