Senior Backend Developer (Python)

As a Senior Backend Developer (Python), you will play a crucial role in leading the software engineering team at QUANTier. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing middleware solutions that contribute to the success of our mission. You will ensure the delivery of a high- quality, scalable, and robust backend system. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will allow you to make a significant impact on the quantum computing industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Integrate frontend components with the backend system.
Design, develop, and implement high- quality, scalable, and robust backend solutions.
Lead and guide the software engineering team.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct unit tests and integration tests to ensure bug- free products.
Connect the cloud system with the on- premise system

Strong experience as a Backend Developer, with expertise in Python and proficiency in the Django framework.

+5 years in programming with Python and Django.
Experience with PostgreSQL for database management.
Experience with web development on the cloud.

Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
Ability to work full- time, on- site in Hanoi, Vietnam (9- 6) after March 2024. Willingness to relocate to Hanoi if currently based outside of Hanoi.
Passion for quantum computing and technology.
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with C is a plus.
Fluent English communication skills.
