Senior Backend Developer (Java, ReactJS)

Key Responsibilities:1. Designing, developing, and testing backend components in Java, includingapplications, services, APIs, databases, and scripts.2. Managing and optimizing SQL server, MySQL, and PostgresDB databases.3. Implementing concurrency patterns and optimizing backend performance.4. Developing high- quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable, andsecure.5. Leading and mentoring a team of developers, setting coding standards andpractices.6. Troubleshooting and debugging applications, services, and databases.7. Evaluating and utilizing appropriate backend technologies for on- premise andcloud environments.8. Implementing AI technologies and tools to optimize backend processes andimprove application performance, if experienced.9. Collaborating with cross- functional teams to define, design, and ship newfeatures.10.Understanding the intricacies of the healthcare and education domains anddeveloping solutions that cater to their unique needs.
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Backend Developer with extensive experience in Java,SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgresDB), ReactJS, API, concurrency, on- premise, and on- cloud technologies. Familiarity with AI implementation in software development anddomain experience in healthcare and education will be considered a majoradvantage. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers,design, develop, test, and debug responsive web and mobile applications, andcontribute to our company&039;s strategic goals.

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Domain experience in healthcare and/or education is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Proven experience as a backend developer, with extensive knowledge in Java, SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgresDB), ReactJS, API, concurrency, on- premises, and on- cloud.
Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or related fields is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem- solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
