Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop customized commercial proposals and value- based technical solutions aligning with client requirements.
• Conduct market research and mapping to create a qualified pipeline of prospects (commercial and technical decision- makers).
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new B2B customers in the South of Vietnam in target sectors including food production, dairy processing, beverage, and industrial food technology.
Technical Solution Selling
• Collaborate with product specialists (internal and international) on solution scoping and specification.
• Understand product technology and related industrial systems deeply to articulate technical value and business outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations and demonstrate to C- level and operational stakeholders.
Market Strategy & Insights
• Provide feedback and insights on competitive landscape, customer needs, pricing dynamics, and product positioning to the global sales and product teams.
• Assist in defining sales strategy for long- term growth in the Vietnam market.
Sales Performance & Reporting
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage sales opportunities and pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting.
• Prepare regular sales reports for regional leadership.
