Your responsibilities include:
This role involves developing automation tests to ensure high- quality equipment control software across the semiconductor equipment control software stack. If you don’t have prior experience in this field but are excited to take on the challenge, don’t hesitate to join us- you will receive training in related domain knowledge.
As a Senior Automation Tester, your ability to develop, implement, and refine testing strategies ensures that quality and performance standards are consistently met. Thriving both independently and within a collaborative team, you navigate international and dynamic settings with ease.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR AUTOMATION TESTER IN DANANG/HCM TO JOIN US!

Working as an integral part of a Scrum team and handling user stories dedicated to quality assurance
Analyzing, designing, implementing, testing to control software on unit, integration, and system level
Developing functionality using Agile practices, emphasizing speed and quality
Executing manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) when automation is not feasible
Analyzing customer needs in software requirement engineering
Collaborating with customers/stakeholders to define test architecture
Maintaining clear test documentation (test plans, reports, automation guidelines)
Conducting peer reviews to ensure product quality

QUALIFICATIONS
Technical:

Hands- on experience with test automation frameworks (NUnit)
Solid testing experiences (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk- based, exploratory, non- UI testing, etc.) specifically for embedded systems and complex software development life cycles
4+ years of experience in creating and running automated tests
Working knowledge of Git workflows and version control
Strong background in test automation for desktop applications (Windows, WPF/WinForms)
Understanding of software testing principles (test design, regression, integration, performance)
Proven experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and working in an Agile/Kanban development process
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related fields
Proficiency in C programming for automated test development

Soft skills:

Ability to self- learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
Good command of both English speaking and writing skills to fluently communicate with international colleagues and customers
Strong logical thinking, proactive, and open- minded
Passionate and eager to develop skills through projects in equipment, semiconductors, and related fields
Good sense of teamwork, high responsibility & commitment

Nice to have:

Familiarity with desktop UI automation tools such as FlaUI is a plus
ISTQB certificate and SQL skills
A background in the semiconductor or analytical domain
Experience with test automation scripting in Python (e.g., data validation, CI/CD tooling, API tests)
