Job Description:

Monitor and troubleshoot IoT devices post- deployment to ensure the seamless process
Manage relationship with enterprise clients and support the clients in using the company’s products.
Actively search for sales leads, introduce company’s products to potential clients and follow up until closing sales deals and give the best service after sales.
Develop sales materials, campaigns, and conducting seminar to support clients (IoT solutions/ Production Efficiency Systems)
Making improvements and enhancements to software products based on data analysis and collected feedback from clients.
Gather and present data analysis and product updates to clients and management team.
Participate in product R&D and ensure market readiness.
Help develop and test software and hardware applications that support product and company goals.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineer (IE).
Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in customer service support and customer relationship management preferably within the Apparel, Footwear or Solutions.
Can present products and ideas with confidence and persistence.
Take proactive and creative approaches to attend to clients’ needs and have a strong interest in the field of IoT Solutions, Apparel, and related fields.
Familiar with Information Technology (IT) such as computer, software, and network.
Demonstrate the ability to learn new products fast and active.
Good at communication skill and problem solving when supporting clients.
Can communicate fluently to clients, partners, and colleagues in English and Vietnamese.
Willing to travel for business trip including oversea.
