KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Project Leadership
• Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of complex advisory projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of all project deliverables before submission to management or clients.
• Coordinate and oversee multi- disciplinary project teams, integrating expertise across the firm to deliver holistic solutions.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Exercise decision- making authority within project scope, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for key client accounts, responsible for relationship health, satisfaction, and retention.
• Engage with senior stakeholders in government, business, and civil society to represent client interests, facilitate constructive dialogue, and support informed decision- making.
• Advise clients at a strategic level on government communication and public policy matters, providing forward- looking and actionable recommendations.
• Manage complex stakeholder dynamics, ensuring alignment between client objectives and broader policy or regulatory contexts.
Policy & Regulatory Advisory
• Guide clients through complex and evolving policy landscapes, ensuring informed decision- making.
• Develop policy briefs, consultation strategies, and position papers on high- priority issues.
• Direct in- depth policy analysis and provide high- level insights into political, economic, and regulatory developments.
Team Management, Training & Coaching
• Lead knowledge- sharing sessions, internal training, and skills- building initiatives.
• Mentor and coach Associates and junior staff, providing structured feedback, career development guidance, and performance oversight.
• Manage project teams to ensure effective coordination, optimal workload allocation, and timely delivery of outputs.
• Foster a high- performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
Firm Development & Business Growth
• Lead or support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, pitch delivery, and network expansion.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities.
• Represent the firm at policy forums, industry events, and in public commentary to enhance thought leadership.
