Senior Art Director

Senior Art Director is responsible for the visualization & creation of digital and interactive media;
Be in charge of KPIs regarding company&039;s revenue as well as job efficiency.
Use all available technologies to create interactive multimedia campaign ideas;
Train staff members to develop design concepts ideas and encourage creativity into their daily work;
The role of Senior Art Director can be varied and the skills needed for the job are extensive. As Senior Art Director you need to be passionate about bringing your clients to life visually while creating work that generates emotional connections with the audience;
Confer with project manager to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities;
Supply unique and creative solutions to clients problems as well as supervise the execution process to make sure the agency&039;s artistic vision is respected;
Managing the work of the design team in coordination with project manager;
Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements needed to illustrate and develop concepts;

Aspirational personality to accumulate team work spirit;
Adequate hard skills to translate ideas from head to head;
Broad spectrum of experience: Content writing, visual development, video production, digital storytelling. Presentation skills is a plus;
Having a robust background in collaborating with lifestyle brands is a plus;
Understand Advertising principles and terminology;
Influential leadership, no dictatorship;
Professional & efficient English communication.
High energy and responsive person;
At least 4- 5 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies;
